I had an issue with my septic pumping system and they completed my work within three days of giving me a quote to actually completing and testing the work done! My first review ever on Google. Epic was 5-stars in every way from customer service (Gabriela) to field tech (Trenton).  Epic matched another quote I received to drain my tank, and even though they ended up pumping more -- due to a leak in my tank that Epic technician (Trenton) helped discover during the tank drain -- they still honored the price. 5 stars for Epic Septic!  Would leave more stars if I could.  Gabriella is on top of scheduling, and got us a pump and inspection next day.  Trenton did the pumping, and went above and beyond to locate hidden tanks and excavate to get to lids in record time.  Very friendly and professional- thanks Trenton!!! Trent and Patrick went above and beyond in helping locate the tank and getting it pumped out and inspected. They were fast and thorough and answered all of my questions, which was very helpful as someone who has never owned a septic system before.
